Support

We offer support plans depending on your ongoing needs. We recognize that maintaining a website includes more than disk space and bandwidth so we offer plans that support continued maintenance and growth. With our support plans you can get assistance with maintaining content, continued site development, monitoring usage and driving traffic to your site. In all our plans unused hours roll over into the following month. Plans can be changed at any time. Changes in plans are effective the following month. 

Plan ONE

per month

  • Includes up to 4 hours of Drupal application services per month (*Unused hours roll over into following month)

  • First 4 hours over budgeted services billed at $100 per hour.

  • Additional Services billed at our regular hourly rate of $125 per hour.

Plan TWO

  • Includes up to 8 hours of Drupal application services per month (*Unused hours roll over into following month)

  • First 8 hours over budgeted services billed at $100 per hour.

  • Additional Services billed at our regular hourly rate of $125 per hour.

Plan THREE

$1400

per month

  • Includes up to 16 hours of Drupal application services per month (*Unused hours roll over into following month)

  • First 16 hours over budgeted service billed at $100 per hour.

  • Additional Services billed at our regular hourly rate of $125 per hour.

In the event all hours are not utilized in any given month hours will carry over into the following month. Hours carried over will be the first utilized and will only be available in the following month. No refunds or exchanges can be made on hours not utilized for support.
